Our upcoming adventure to Spain
in October 2019, includes a route often taken before to end up in “our village
of Elizondo in the Baztan valley. Our travel dates include Jane’s birthday when
she turns 29 yet again, and also our 49
th wedding anniversary near
the British consul’s office in Bilbao in the heart of Basque country. We will
repeat our recent visit to Zaragoza which impressed us both with the added
benefit to reconnect with our old Air Force buddy from Gorramendi days. Of
course a visit to Elizondo without seeing our UK friends, Dave and Joyce would
not seem complete; they will join us for a 5-day visit in the big “E”. We hope to visit the lovely Julia in Pamplona now that she has just turned a year old.
